DevIL SDK for mingw
I don't know why, but I've been having trouble getting the ILU functions to work. Maybe it's just a matter of using the wrong library... I don't know. Anyway, these libraries seem to work (they are the downloaded SDK for Windows, with the *.lib files reimped for mingw.)
