| The purpose
of these tutorials is not to teach you how to program,
but rather to provide information I once wished I could
find. This was inspired by when I began writing plugins
for Discreet Combustion
using the Adobe
After Effects SDK (hopefully, Discreet will someday
see the benefit of releasing an actual SDK for Combustion...)
The documentation was not all that good, and even if it
were, After Effects is not 100% compatible with Combustion,
so there were times I was unsure if something could even
be done. Since its possible other users may be in a similar
situation, I wanted to share what I have learned, along
with a couple of simple plugins to help them get started.
